Timeline for Reviewing Paper Abstracts

01 NOV 2017  Review of Paper Proposals begins
10 NOV 2017 1st Tier Review Deadline : Panel Convenors
All panel convenors  must review (accept/reject) paper abstracts submitted to their panel(s).
10 DEC 2017 2nd Tier Review Deadline : Session Chairs
All session chairs must review papers in their session(s). The session chair is responsible to form panels with good quality paper proposals.
10 JAN 2018 3rd Tier Review Deadline : Program Co-chairs
Final review performed by the program co-chairs of all remaining paper proposals. The program chairs can form panels with good quality papers or place them on existing panels throughout the program.
ALL paper abstracts must be reviewed by this date (Accepted or Rejected).
19 JAN 2018 Accepted panels will be posted online after this date.
Email notifications are sent to individuals who submitted a paper proposal with the review status.

Timeline for Reviewing Panels

1-10 NOV 2017 1st Tier Review : Panel Convenors
This review phase is dedicated to panel convenors. Session chairs may view the list of panels proposed to their session(s).
10 DEC 2017 2nd Tier Review Deadline : Session Chairs
Final deadline to review panels (including previously conditionally accepted panels) in all Sessions.
10 JAN 2018 3rd Tier Review Deadline : Program Co-chairs
Final deadline to review any remaining proposed panels (including previously conditionally accepted panels) and finalize new panels in all sessions.
19 JAN 2018 Accepted panels will be posted online after this date.
Email notifications are sent to panel convenors with the status of their panel.
